Designed to serve as a Town Center for the historic Cedar Mill Neighborhood of Beaverton, Oregon, this 107 acre multi-phase project was not without its challenges. The development features higher density residential housing, several neighborhood parks, a retirement community, commercial/retail shopping center with plans for future commercial areas and school.

Construction of the 815 units began in 2005. Now in its 7th and final phase, construction continues today. Steep and extensive sloping towards a major wetlands corridor required buildings tailored to fit into the hillside while working around areas of old growth trees. The residential buildings range from 1 to 4 story wood frame structures covering the spectrum of for-sale condominium townhouses to garden style and single level apartments. Building types vary with private at-grade entries, open stairwell access and the traditional enclosed corridor type.

Each residential area provides extensive pedestrian access to all public areas; the future school, Cedar Mill Creek Falls and George Foegue Park, all located within the site.
