The Heights at Ridgeview
SeaTac, Washington
The Heights is Phase two of the Ridgeview master plan development in SeaTac, Washington. Following closely on the heels of The Aspens, a 168 unit apartment neighborhood, The Heights was planned to add 70 carriage-style condominium units to the community.
Located on the same steep hillside, the sweeping views of the Green River valley and the mountains beyond are maximized in these one- and two-bedroom units as a result of our meticulous site planning process. Massed to relate to the existing 3-to-4 story apartment building to the north, the final design provides a unique character for The Heights while playing to a cohesive look for the overall development.
