The Aspens at Ridgeview
SeaTac, Washington
Situated on 16 acres of steeply sloped wooded land, The Aspens at Ridgeview is the first phase of a master plan development in SeaTac, Washington.
Starting with early site concepts, we worked closely with engineers regarding building placement to effectively reduce impact to the site.
The final site plan includes 10 walk-up apartment buildings providing a total of 168 units.
Units range in size from a 700 sq. ft. 1200 sq. ft., offered in 1-bedroom/1-bath to 3-bedroom/2-bath configurations. Private garages are provided; most occurring under-buildings with some detached garages provided.
Perched above Orillia Road, The Aspens overlooks the Green River valley to the east, capitalizing on the magnificent views of the Cascade Mountains and Mt. Rainer.
