Glacier Run Commons

Designed as a compliment to 384 on-site apartments (also designed by Milbrandt), the community commons is comprised of two major built structures positioned around three unique outdoor spaces. Above and beyond hosting the day-to-day functions of the apartment community, indoor amenities made available to residences include: full community kitchen and living rooms, conference and meeting spaces, multi-media lounge, exercise equipment, locker rooms and tanning.

Bridging the gap between indoors and out is a three-season room complete with fireplace and barbeque area. This space opens onto the community pool and spa area, adjacent to which is a children's outdoor play area. With lodge-inspired design, this project easily finds its place in the northwest environment.
