Located just one exit north of the I-5 and I-405 interchange this 139 unit development offers one, two and three bedroom units in seven floor plan options. With 21 buildings on site, the Blackstone condominium development has both carriage-style flats and multi-story townhome units.
Because of existing grade conditions we chose to work closely with the civil engineer from the onset of the project to identify ways to streamline the project by standardizing building step patterns and unit configurations. The careful attention paid to the site planning phase of this project really informed the entire design process and ensured an on-time submittal for the client.
