Originally engaged for our expertise in value engineering, we were pleased to be contracted to complete design-work for the remaining 58 homes in the Barbee Mill neighborhood after proving our ingenuity through interpreting an award winning (although cost prohibitive) design into a market sustainable product without losing the character of the client's original vision for the community.

Located on southeastern shore of Lake Washington, the once bustling 22-acre lumber mill site was designed to give each of the 114 new luxury residences the best waterfront experience possible. One of the characteristics of our firm that has keep us busy over the last three decades is our ability to adapt to changing market conditions, and is in this case what helped us retain the client's vision and bottom line.
