Bob joined Milbrandt Architects in 1986 and has since overseen the successful completion of projects across the full spectrum of residential architecture. While he has specialized in single-and multi-family and has become a trusted resource for clients across the Pacific Northwest, mixed-use and light commercial also pique his intrest. As a Principal he has served as Architect of Record on countless developments and is fluent in all aspects of project management from initial feasibility through construction administration. With every commitment, Bob emphasizes the need for exceptional communication among client, governing agencies, community groups, consultants and contractors throughout the life of a project and has pervasive knowledge of zoning, building and accessibility codes. Bob received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degree from the University of Washington and has been a licensed Architect in Washington since 1988.
